Exploring Self Love with Robin Lee
One of the techniques you will be exposed to while working with Robin Lee is self love. It is important because self love is an empowering tool that allows you to connect with intuition and heal yourself. The process of working with (Robin Lee) has been so enlightening for me. Robin has been able to quickly get information intuitively about my physical health and emotional well-being that traditional medical testing would have taken much longer to diagnose… if the traditional testing was able to diagnose my health issues at all.

What can I expect from Intuitive Emotional Work?
You will feel completely supported while working with Robin Lee, starting with your initial consultation. It’s easy to create a joyful, fulfilling, passionate life by committing to our process.
In your first meeting you will share your history and goals.
You will review your current habits including self-care, diet, exercise, work, and personal time.
In your next sessions you will learn to make space for yourself and listen to your body.
New clients meet with Robin Lee weekly. As you talk through what comes up you will be guided in techniques to ground you, center you, and release your triggers.
Focusing on functional change, you will make rapid progress.
Outside of your weekly sessions, your Intuitive Healing plan will include homework.
Depending on your needs, you may make changes to your self-care routine, mental and spiritual practices, and often there is an element of diet or exercise.
You will learn to make space for yourself and listen to your body.
Giving you the support you need for lasting change, you will regularly review your new habits and skills, leaving you empowered to create a profoundly joyful life that you are excited to wake up to.
Your Intuitive Healing session will be approximately one hour long.
Your session will be over the phone with Robin Lee. You will want to be in a private, quiet space for your session where you can talk freely. Make sure your phone is charged or you have access to an outlet.
Take a few minutes before your Intuitive Healing session to review your purpose, take-aways from your last session, how you applied them, and any issues you may want to address.
Some of your deepest work will happen immediately after a session. It’s best to block out an hour of free time for yourself after your Intuitive Healing session to review what was discussed and process your reactions.
Your Intuitive Healing session will be recorded for you, and as you integrate your session it is useful to re-listen so you can apply what you hear again on a deeper level.
For your convenience Intuitive Healing sessions will be scheduled a week or more in advance, so you can plan your week. If you need a session on short notice feel free to request one, supporting you is our priority.
Many clients increase the amount of time they spend on self care. Plan to dedicate at least 20 minutes a day to self care, in addition to the time you set aside for your weekly sessions.
