Food is Medicine is such a simple statement and it’s so easy to nod your head and keep reading without really taking in what was said.

That’s why I’m asking you to sit with the phrase today. Stop and consider the possibility that food is medicine.Maybe the things you put into your body on a regular basis actually have an affect on how your body operates!

Imagine if you lived like that statement were really true – how differently would you treat yourself?

What sort of experience would it take to accept that food really is medicine for your body?
