The last time I reached out we talked about the ways that eating nutritious food is delicious, rewarding, and filling. I love that people on our Reboots learn how bountiful a vegan diet can feel!

 Your Habits Control Your Health

I’m going to ask you to stop for a moment to consider something.

What do you want to experience in your health and well being as you age?

Close your eyes and imagine yourself. Can you picture the activities you want to be doing in 10,20,30 years? Can you imagine the way you want your body to feel? Can you life your suitcase into the overhead bin all by yourself?

Ok, now think about the habits you have right now. If you keep living the way you do today, do you think you’ll end up having the experiences you want in the future?

If you could make one small change that would get you closer to that life you want to live, what would it be?

You see, these little things we do in our days – the mindless habits we repeat – they don’t seem like a very big deal, but they are.

Learning new habits takes adjustment, but that’s exactly what the Reboot is for! We make it easy.

By dedicating a week to supporting small changes, with the guidance of a medical intuitive and a tribe of Rebooters doing it with you, you can create amazing results!
