Have you ever gone to the grocery store and looked at the books and supplements and diet structures and diet restrictions wondering what is right for you? Are you taking handfuls of medications and still feeling really crappy? Are you going from doctor to doctor and your symptoms never resolve?
That is often the story of people who come to me to work with medical intuitive healing.
That is a process we learned to live with, but we don’t have to continue to live this way.
Before Your First Session
When we first begin I ask you to write down all your symptoms and supplements, and all your health conditions. That’s an eye opening element for a lot of people, just doing that. Often people have adapted over time to not feeling so well and the forget what it’s like feeling really vital, connected, and energized.
It makes my heart so happy inside to know that I am able to support people in this beautiful world we live in, helping them feel more like themselves. Helping their bodies feel more relaxed, pain free, energized. So they can feel more connected to their families, friends, and their own experiences. Reconnecting to their own creative nature.
We Get on the Phone
My job is to become a communicator between you and your body.
Think about it, anytime there is a conflict, a pain, once we have communication healing can happen. But we need to create space for that to happen.
As we begin your session we start by creating space. Depending on where your central nervous system is processing stress we go through different processes, possibly doing some breathing exercises or minor meditation. This creates a space be able to connect in and relax. When the body can relax we are able to access what I call going into a gate.
I am able to access information from your body by asking questions. I can actually feel your body when we are in this space together.l I don’t come into your session to fix anything, because as we allow ourselves to listen to your body we can allow it to tell us what it needs to heal.
As we are working in a session we are being curious, my job is to be a curious communicator. What is it that we can do to support your healing process? We are looking for a solution and the cause for what is creating these symptoms. What is the cause for what is going on?
Why is the body doing this? Why is it having headaches, seeming tired, seeming to feel less than depressed irritated.
There is No Diagnosis with Medical Intuition
I do not do diagnosis as a medical intuitive
If you are looking for diagnosis this is not the right tool for you. As we are working in a session we are being curious, my job is to be a curious communicator. What is it that we can do to support your healing process? We are looking for a solution and the cause for what is creating these symptoms. What is the cause for what is going on?
I ask that we support the healing of the body, trusting the body’s process from the inside out. The body is capable of healing itself of all kinds of things, based on self-care and the body getting it’s needs met.
Each Session is Customized to the Needs of the Person
A session can focus on the physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual aspect of you, and it is often different each time we work together.
We always start with the physical, we ask the body How are we doing? Are we taking care of you in a way that will help you feel good and supported? Food and self-care is medicine. We listen for answers.
Each person will have their own, customized program, to address what the body is asking for. This will be specifically designed for you.
In your session we may create a physical program, with supplements and diet protocols to support the body depending on what the body asks for. Some of the things that may be included for your well being include: meal and supplements, massage, acupuncture, and traditional medicine.
Sometimes your healing is not about diet, sometimes it is about holding onto something from your past.
There may be emotional healing that results from the process of changing your physical habits and supporting the body. To be able to heal we must have physical spiritual, and emotional connected.
The Goal is Healing
In the end, the goal is healing. With that in mind we focus on supporting the body in ways that feel nourishing and finding that balance point.
By honoring emotions, courage to change things we need to change we are able to let go of the things that no longer serve you.
We only know what that will be once we open the door and ask.
