Rebooting your diet is a wonderful way to love and honor yourself while you deeply connect with your Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Unlock your body’s healing potential by learning to give it the nutrition it craves. 

The physical focus of this Reboot is Liver and Heart.

Every aspect of our Reboots is wonderfully nurturing, and you will see benefits no matter what your starting point is.

You will be supported every day through videos, emails, and our Forum.  Where you are able to ask me questions about your personal experience.


Meal Plan

You will follow a week long plan for nurturing yourself. Starting with your morning routine you will create space and make yourself a priority. During the day you will follow a schedule for meals and supplements to support your goals.


You will receive a variety of recipes that are simple and delicious. This is an opportunity to get out of your old habits and nurture yourself.

New Habits

An important part of rebooting is creating space for self care. Plan to dedicate 15-30 minutes each day to yourself. During that time you may be journaling, meditating, or listening to your body.


Join our Reboot community online. You’ll get support every step of the way as Robin Lee answers your questions on the forum.

Other Rebooters will share stories, recipes, and ideas. The dynamics and relationships that begin to grow are as priceless as the support received.

Daily Videos

 As part of your daily emails, you will receive videos to walk you through what to expect and why the reboot is structured the way it is. The exercises are designed to support your process.


Your body will love being pampered. After a week of nutritious meals and supportive supplements you will feel energized and more connected.

Reboots are free of all animal products, including dairy.

Enjoy learning how to fuel your body with delicious and healthy food.

Your Plan For Success

  • Plan to slow down. This is a week focused on self care. You will take time every morning to be mindful, greet the day, and watch the morning video.
  • Plan ahead. You will be ordering supplements and buying food that you may not usually eat. During the week before the reboot plan to spend some time ordering and organizing.
  • Caffeine free and alcohol free. You are giving your body space and learning to listen to what it needs, so we want to eliminate anything that artificially affects your energy. About a week before the reboot start tapering off of caffeine, so you don’t get headaches.
  • Plan to eat a home a lot. It’s hard to find foods that fit into our week-long reboot at a restaurant. It’s a lot easier for you to stay on track if you plan to eat food you make for yourself at most of your meals. Block off your calendar and try to plan socializing around other activities this week.

What’s Next?

Within 24-48 hours after registering you will receive an email welcoming you to the reboot.

Before the Reboot begins, you will receive a list of everything you need for the Reboot.  You’ll want to order and gather your supplies so you are organized and ready to begin on our start date. Please give yourself time to prepare. Our goal for you is no stress.

At least a week before the Reboot you will receive several recipes I’ve created that are easy to make and quite tasty. You will also receive a Daily Plan to guide you through each day of our Reboot.

About a week before the reboot the online forum will open and you will get an invitation.
