I hope you absolutely love your order! If you don't we want to make it right, and this is how we do that:
For Physical Items:
If you are unhappy with your items please let us know right away, after 2 weeks of delivery we cannot accept returns.
Contact us, and let us know what is wrong and whether you want to exchange or return your unused item for a refund.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or mail you a replacement within 3 business days.
For Workshops, Memberships, and Events:
Your registration is non-refundable.
If you would like to gift/transfer to another person prior to the event, please contact us so we can set them up properly.
For Private Sessions:
For your convenience private sessions are scheduled a week or more in advance.
If your schedule changes we are happy to reschedule for you with 24 hour notice.
Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be billed at the normal rate.
